Are you deciding whether to stay in your home or move to senior living?
Sometimes it is a difficult decision whether to stay at home to Age-In-Place or move to Senior Independent Living or Assisted Living. Our professional assessment determines needed and optional adjustments and works with your choices and budget. We can specify contractors or work with your contractor of choice. If wanted, we will communicate with family members while maintaining your privacy and autonomy.
Certified NASMM@HOME Specialist and Senior Move Manager
Kim Daylor, owner of Liveable Solutions is an experienced and compassionate advocate for senior citizens. She has been a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers since 2014, is certified in Senior Safety and Ethics and was a 2019 recipient of the NASMM Circle of Service Award. Her background uniquely qualifies her as a Senior Home Specialist, she is Respiratory Therapist that worked in Skilled Nursing as well as ICU and the Emergency Dept. She also was a trained ISA Personal Property Appraiser. Her experience allows her to navigate the aging and health issues of her clients while also addressing the importance of their cherished items and their homes.

Age-In-Place with NASMM@HOME Services
Liveable Solutions provides an assessment of your physical abilities and the safety of your home environment. This determines the best solutions for you to stay in the home and neighborhood that you love. Based on the assessment report, our recommendations of home modifications could include: home organization and clutter removal, kitchen modifications to enable independent cooking, entrance ramps, bathroom grab bars, medication reminders and family alert services- whatever you need and want, to stay in your home. We are trained in Universal Design to make your home both safe and attractive! If home modification is needed, we work with the contractor to accomplish the plan. You decide the amount of help that you want, our services are a la cart, so you can stay within your budget. We help with the stress of decision making and home modification.
Conseriege and Assistant Services
Liveable Solutions provides concierge and assistant services. If you need errands run, letters written, shopping or organizing, give us a call, many times errands can be done same day if needed.
